After more than six unforgettable years in Toowoomba, Santé Cocktail Bar begins a new journey. Our doors in Toowoomba have now closed, but this is not goodbye — only a change of horizon. Our Drinks
The Santé drinks menu reflects our experience and our passion for the industry. Drawing on extensive research, a knack for innovation and joyful experimentation with ideas and flavours, each cocktail has been carefully crafted to create something unique. Our menu showcases quality ingredients, and a curated selection of local and international liqueurs, liquors and spirits, brought together with a little bit of flair.
We hope that our menu provides a drink for everyone, and a reason to return time and time again. From a playful take on a margarita or martini to beer-based cocktails or something light and inspired by the season – whatever your taste, let us help you discover something you love.
